Has a career steeped in the cultural and creative industries. Her passionate advocacy for culture and local heritage has seen Ms. Bagoo perform with distinction in attaining Post Graduate qualifications in Arts and Cultural Enterprise Management (ACEM) as well as Cultural Heritage management from UWI.

In addition to these, she also holds certification in Intellectual Property-focusing on traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions from the World Intellectual Property Organization and seeks to use passion and purpose in her IP consultancy to assist tradition bearers in adapting to the digitized world.
